Pulaski - Richard "Dick" Osborne of High Hill Road, Pulaski, Pennsylvania, passed away the afternoon of Feb. 27, 2026, surrounded by his loved ones. He was 82 years old.
He was born Aug. 21, 1943, in Youngstown, Ohio, to the late Clarence and Mary Coppinger Osborne.
He married Carol L. Rice on June 1, 1963.
Dick was a fur collector for Hudson Bay Fur Company and later North American Fur Auctions. He was in sales of mobile homes (Rice Mobile Homes) and management of Twilight and Heritage Hills mobile home parks in Lawrence and Mercer counties.
Dick was an avid outdoorsman who loved trapping, hunting, fishing, golf and riding his motorcycle.
Survivors include his wife, Carol Osborne, of the residence; two sons, Wesley W. (Barbara J.) Osborne of Pulaski and Dean E. Osborne of Grove City, Pennsylvania; three grandchildren, Cody R. (Shannon) Osborne, Colton W. (Stephanie) Osborne and Dylan R. (Aimee) Osborne; three stepgrandchildren, Dannielle V. Slaven, William E. (Casey) Slaven and Samuel G. (Lynnette) Slaven; two great-grandchildren, Wyatt and Waylon Osborne; and seven stepgrandchildren, Addison, William Jr., Kennedy, Esmae, Theodore, Sabrina and Emeric Slaven.
The family will receive friends from 3 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at the Smith Funeral Home, 3126 Main St., West Middlesex, PA. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, March 5, 2026, at the funeral home with Rev. Rick Stauffer officiating. Interment will follow at the Osborne Family Cemetery, Pulaski, Pennsylvania.
