King, North Carolina - Richard Allan Pannutti, known affectionately as Rich to his friends and family, passed away peacefully March 20, 2025, in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, surrounded by his loved ones.

Born June 3, 1950, in Youngstown, Ohio, Richard was a beacon of warmth and wisdom throughout his 74 years.

A proud graduate of Mohawk High School in Bessemer, Pennsylvania, Richard furthered his education at Youngstown State University.

Richard retired from Verizon Communications, where his hard work, intelligence and quick wit made him not only a respected colleague, but also a cherished friend.

Richard's life was a testament to his enduring love and commitment to his family. He was a devoted husband to his wife of 52 years, Kathy Kuczynski Pannutti, and a loving father to his sons, Vince Pannutti (Fabiola) and Anthony Pannutti (Aimee), and his daughter, Leah Rubano (Dominic). He is also survived by his brothers, Jimmy Pannutti (Roberta) and Eddie Pannutti. All will remember Richard as a guiding light and steadfast support throughout their lives. Although he was preceded in death by his parents, James and Cecilia Alexander Pannutti, their legacy of kindness and passion lived on through him.
