Neshannock Township, PA - Dr. Rudy A. Buiser, 85, of Neshannock Township, passed away peacefully the evening of July 1, 2026, at his home with his loving wife, Cindy, at his side.

Dr. Buiser was born Aug. 29, 1940, in Alaminos Laguna, Philippines, to the late Aurelio and Florencia Buiser.

He earned his medical degree from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila.

Rudy met his beloved wife, Cindy, while working together as doctor and nurse. They married April 4, 1992, and have been blessed with 34 wonderful years of marriage. He was a loving and devoted husband who will be deeply missed.

Dr. Buiser worked in the Emergency Department at St. Elizabeth Hospital, UPMC Horizon in Farrell and Greenville, and at UPMC Jameson prior to retirement.

He was a member of Holy Spirit Parish in New Castle.

He was an avid reader and enjoyed working in his flower garden.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by five daughters; two sons; two stepsons; three brothers; three sisters; 14 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Edward Buiser.

Visitation will be 10 a.m. to noon Friday, July 10, at Ed and Don DeCarbo Funeral Home, 3000 Wilmington Road. A Blessing Service will immediately follow at noon, officiated by Father Benjamin Barr of Holy Spirit Parish.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Three Rivers Hospice, 3100 Wilmington Road, New Castle, PA 16105.
