Ellwood City - Sandra L. Allison, 79, passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 11, 2024, at her home.

She was the daughter of the late Arthur and Velma (Thomas) Burson and was born Oct. 23, 1945, in Beaver Falls.

She is survived by her sons, Paul H. Allison Jr. and his wife, Kim, of Jacksonville, Florida, and Scott A. Allison of Ellwood City; one daughter, Shannon Lee Allison-Leszek and her husband, Cris, of Erie; her grandchildren, Lauren Allison, Tanek Leszek and Jordan Allison; her siblings, Ruth Eisenhuth and her husband, Larry, of Clover, South Carolina, and Beth Toth of Clover, South Carolina; and numerous nieces and nephews

Sandra was a graduate of Beaver Falls High School.

She met and married the love of her life, Paul H. Allison Sr., in 1964.

Sandy and her family loved to travel and loved camping. She loved and adored her grandchildren.

She was a wonderful and special lady and loved taking care of her family and just being with her family. Sandy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul H. Allison Sr.; her brothers, Clarence Burson and Nelson Burson; her sisters, Leona Fritzius, Margie Snipes and Patty Brewer; and one daughter-in-law, Cynthia Allison.

Friends may call on the family from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Dec. 16, 2024, with a funeral service following at 1 p.m., at the Turner-Hyde Funeral & Cremation Services with Pastor Charlene Kennedy, officiating.

Interment will be in Sylvania Hills Memorial Park in Rochester.
