New Middletown, OH - Shirley Anne Goff, age 90, formerly of New Castle, Pennsylvania, passed away the early morning of Feb. 10, 2026, at Masternick Memorial in New Middletown, Ohio.

Born March 21, 1935, in New Castle, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Earl D. and Glenola (Loraine) Emerick.

She was married to Walney M. Goff until his passing on Oct. 20, 1994.

Shirley devoted her life to her family and home, creating a place filled with warmth, faith and love. A woman of grace and quiet strength, she carried herself with remarkable class and kindness.

She had a deep love for art and painting and attended the Pittsburgh Art Institute to further cultivate her talent, a gift she lovingly passed down to her grandchildren. Her creativity and appreciation for beauty were evident in all she did.

Her Christian faith was the foundation of her life. She opened her home to host Bible studies, encouraged others in their walk with God, and gave generously of her time through volunteer work with Contact EARS and hospice. Her faith was lived out daily through compassion, service and love for others.

Family includes her son, Terry (Carrie) Goff of Poland, Ohio; her grandchildren, Jessica (Giorgio) De Pieri and Neal (Ashley) Goff; and her great-grandchildren, Gianna Goff, Valentino and Isabella De Pieri. She was also the loving mother of the late Randy L. Goff.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Robert and Keith Emerick; and her sister, Beverly Wells.

In keeping with her wishes, there will be no visitation or services. Burial will take place at Graceland Cemetery.
