New Castle, PA - Thomas J. Marino, 89, of New Castle, passed away on March 6, 2026, at his residence.

Born in New Castle on April 27, 1936, Tom was the son of the late Casey and Philomena DiPalma Marino.

On June 2, 1962, Tom married his beloved wife, the former Louise J. Barattiero. Louise preceded him in death on May 7, 2019.

Tom had a great love of music and had a very distinguished career as a musician.

Tom is survived by his nephew, Michael Buczek and seven nieces, Kathie DiPalma, Irene Yanul, Sharon Buczek, Terri Marino, Linda Sanchez-Parcdi, Cassandra Adamo and Brenda Marino.

In addition to his parents and wife, Tom was preceded in death by three brothers, Anthony, Angelo and infant brother, Thomas Marino; two sisters, Mary Dominick and Minnie Buczek; his niece, Bernadette Adamo and his nephew, Casey Marino.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, 10 a.m. to noon, at the Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home & Crematory, 941 S. Mill St. A Blessing Service will follow on Wednesday at noon at the funeral home, officiated by Deacon John Carran. Burial will be in Castleview Cemetery.
