Vincent D. Adamo Obituary

Vincent D. Adamo, 63, of Edinburg, PA, passed away on May 17, 2016 in Kathleen, GA. Born on June 18, 1952 in New Castle, he was a son of the late Victor and Bertha Tempesta Adamo. Surviving at home is his beloved wife of 44 years, the former Tomasina Bonelli, whom he married on February 28, 1972.

Vincent retired as a toll manager for the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission. He was a member of Mary Mother of Hope Parish. Vincent enjoyed traveling, landscaping and working around his house, and working on cars. He will always be remembered as a devoted husband, father, and brother who cherished spending time with his family.

In addition to his wife, Vincent is survived by his children, Michele Sparkman and husband Travis of Tallahassee, FL and Vincent Adamo and wife Nicole of Kathleen, GA; brother, Francis Adamo of New Castle; and sister, Marcia Ellis of Sunrise, FL.

Visitation will be held Sunday from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at Ed and Don DeCarbo Funeral Home and Crematory 941 S Mill St. A procession will leave the funeral home Monday at 9:30am to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00am at St. Marys Church of Mary Mother of Hope Parish, officiated by Father Frank Almade.

Interment will be private.
