New Castle, PA - Vivian P. Sansone, 93, of Neshannock Township passed away the morning of April 11, 2026, at UPMC Jameson Hospital.

Born July 9, 1932, in New Castle, Vivian was the daughter of the late Gino and Alessandra Pitti Pelini.

On Oct. 7, 1961, Vivian married her beloved husband, Thomas P. Sansone. Tom preceded her in death July 10, 2004.

Vivian had worked for Bell Telephone as a supervisor until she retired in 1985. She had also worked with her husband as a former owner of the Gift Gallery in the Towne Mall.

Vivian was a member of Holy Spirit Parish, St. Vitus Church.

She was an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and Pittsburgh Pirates. Vivian also enjoyed doing crossword and jigsaw puzzles and playing games. Her greatest joy was spending time with her numerous nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews, which she is survived by.

In addition to her parents and husband, Vivian was preceded in death by her three brothers, Arnold, Peter and William Pelini.

Honoring her wishes, there are no calling hours. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Holy Spirit Parish, St. Vitus Church. Father Benjamin Barr will officiate. Burial will be in St. Vitus Cemetery.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home & Crematory, 3000 Wilmington Road.
